  • WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND HOW CAN SOMEONE CONTACT YOU?

  • WHICH SHIPPING METHOD DO WE USE?

We use USPS and UPS, you can chose your deliver method upon checkout. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. Order is shipped from Downingtown, Pennsylvania.

 

  • WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING COST?

We pack your artwork with extra care and delivery to you as fast as we can.

Stock Items: Most in stock items are process and leave our facility within one to three business days of placing the order.

Special Order or Back Order. Items that are not in stock could take 4-6 weeks to ship to you. Artwork will be handmade in Venezuela just for you and then deIivered to us in the USA.

Shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

 

  • WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

We are sure you will love your Artwork! But if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, it’s simple, return or exchange it! You have 30 days from the day you received the item. Before returning your item, you need to contact us first with your reasons at info@guacamayaart.com. We will reach back to you with instructions and return address. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receiving the return in the same payment method used at the time of the check out.

 

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship international. International rates apply. You are responsible for any duty fee applicable to your purchase. Customs fee, if any, vary by country. Shipping time vary depend on destination and the service used.
